If your content has been hidden

If the Stream Facility team reviews your content and determines that it may violate the
Content Policy, it may be temporarily hidden from public view
while the issue is addressed.

What you will see

You will receive a notification explaining the reason — for example, a copyright claim,
a content policy concern, or a content safety issue. A banner will also appear on the
relevant dashboard page (your book, world, series, or codex entry) with the same
information.

If an individual scene was hidden rather than the whole book, you will see an amber
notice on your book dashboard showing how many scenes are affected. Hidden scenes
remain visible to you in the manuscript editor so you can review and correct them.

Disputing a decision

If you believe the decision was made in error, use the Dispute form in the banner
on the affected dashboard page. Explain your position and include any supporting
information (for example, proof of copyright ownership for a DMCA claim).

Disputes are reviewed by the Stream Facility team. You will receive a notification
when a decision is reached.

While your content is hidden

Your content is not permanently removed and remains accessible to you. Readers will
see it as unavailable until the issue is resolved or the content is corrected.

If you correct the content and your dispute is accepted, the content will be restored
to public view.
