This Refund Policy describes when and how we issue refunds for subscriptions to The Stream Facility.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Platform within the first 7 days of a new subscription (not applicable to renewals), contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
General Refund Policy
After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period
Annual Subscriptions
If you purchased an annual subscription and cancel within the first 7 days, you receive a full refund. After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription year.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A significant service outage that lasted an extended period and materially impacted your use of the Platform
- A billing error on our part

EU / EEA Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase for digital services not yet commenced. By accessing the Platform immediately upon subscription, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you expressly consent to the service commencing before the withdrawal period expires. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal therefore lapses upon commencement of the service.
