Inviting Collaborators to Your World

World owners can invite trusted authors as direct collaborators. Collaborators get read access to your world's codex, series, and linked books — and can view and discuss your Studio drafts — without any commercial arrangement needed.

To invite someone: Go to your world's settings page and find the Collaborators section. Enter the author's username or email and send the invite. They'll receive a notification to accept.

What collaborators can do:

Browse all codex entries (characters, locations, lore, etc.) as read-only reference
View your world's series and books
Open linked drafts in read-only Studio Plan view
Read the full manuscript of books in the shared world
Leave scene-level discussion notes for your review
What collaborators cannot do: Edit any codex entries, modify the world, or access Studio writing tools. Their collaboration does not count toward their own draft limit.
